Defining the Target Culture engages your people in a conversation about the culture needed to achieve the purpose.
We recommend defining target culture in one word. This makes it easier to discuss and achieve.
Teams define the culture needed at each level. We coach you to facilitate this process.


Assessing Current Culture is best done using a Qualitative process that captures the uniqueness of your organisation.
We also recommend assessing against the target culture so you clearly identify gaps to be addressed.
We conduct the assessment on your behalf and present the results in a detailed report.


Planning engages as
many people as possible, from as many levels of the organisation as possible in a facilitated process to develop action steps.
We provide guidance and support throughout the planning process.
Ultimately the decisions and actions are yours to implement.
